What are Townhomes? These homes may have one or two walls shared with your neighbours. Typical townhomes are built in groups of three or four homes attached and include your own private outdoor space and offer a great balance between privacy, convenience and affordability. |

What are Semi Paired, Paired and Duplex Homes? These homes provide you with the benefit and space of a detached home while sharing one wall with your neighbour to create a visually stunning streetscape. These homes may have an attached garage or rear detached parking space. Paired homes are also known as duplex homes. Semi Paired homes are a unique product type that are only attached at the garage, with the rest of the home separated. |

What are Laned Homes? A Laned home is detached from its neighbours with no shared walls. Laned homes provide greater streetscape appeal with no driveways in the front, while also including a detached rear parking space and private front and backyard spaces. |

What are Front Drive Homes? Also known as a Front Garage home, these houses share no walls with neighbours and are defined by their front attached garages. These homes allow you to have the convenience of walking from your garage directly into your house, making grocery hauls easier to unload. |
